Who We Are
Tami Humphrey founded Team Tami with a simple belief: real estate decisions are better when they’re grounded in local knowledge and clear, informed guidance.
Born into a real estate family and licensed at age 24, Tami has spent more than 20 years working, living, and raising her family in Silicon Beach. Her experience spans market cycles, pricing shifts, and neighborhood transformations, particularly in Playa Vista, Westchester, and Playa del Rey.
Team Tami is known for explaining how micro-markets work, how pricing is influenced by home type and location, and how buyers actually behave, not just what the headlines say. Clients work with us for insight, not pressure, and for a team that understands both the numbers and the neighborhoods.
